| Q. Are your products available in my
local stores? Where can I get them? |
A. We are not the manufacturer of the products we
carry, so we don't have listings of stores that may carry the products.
Due to the highly specialized nature of our products, very few are
available in stores. We receive inquiries on a regular basis from people
who have searched in vain to find these products in their area.
We would be happy to ship these products to you, and can usually have
your order shipped the same day we receive it from you. Normal shipping
time is 3-5 days, and you can request overnight delivery if you want your
order delivered faster.
| Q. What if I don't have a credit
card or don't want to use a credit card over the Internet? How can I
order? |
Ordering with a credit card is safe through our secure order page.
However, if you don't have a credit card or just aren't comfortable
ordering with a card, you can always mail us a check or money order. Be
sure your payment is drawn on U.S. funds. Customers outside the U.S. will
need to purchase an international money order or have their bank provide
you with a check drawn on U.S. funds.

| Q. If I'm mailing my payment how much will my
order be? Is there a way for me to determine this myself, without having to ask you? |
A. If you will be mailing your payment in to us you'll need to know
how much the order total is, and you'll need to let us know which products you wish to
order. Creating a mail-in form is simple using our shopping cart. Go ahead and add to your
shopping cart all the items that you wish to purchase . When you've selected everything
you want, click on the button "Go to Checkout Now". The shopping cart system
will ask how you wish to order. You'll see several choices, including "Order by
Check/MO through Postal Mail." Click this option and the shopping cart will create a
printable order form with proper order and shipping totals. Fill in your information,
print the form and mail your payment. It's simple!
| Q. How do I use the shopping cart? |

| Q. Once I place my order how long will it be until you
ship? And how long until I receive it? |
A. Credit card orders placed online, by phone or by fax are typically
shipped the same day we receive them. However, we do ask that you allow up to 48 hours for
us to ship your order once we receive it. Orders placed after 4 PM on Fridays are
generally shipped the following Monday.
United States Customers:
Orders that are mailed in and paid by check are subject to delay to allow time for
checks to clear. Please allow up to 10 days for checks to clear. Orders paid by money
order will normally be shipped the same day we receive them.
Unless you ask for Express Mail delivery, all orders are sent by U.S. Priority Mail.
Priority Mail normally takes three to five business days for delivery from the day we
ship, but is not guaranteed by the Postal Service.
Express Mail deliveries are made to most areas of the country the day following the day
we ship. However, some areas of the country require two days for Express Mail delivery.
Customers Outside the United States:
Shipping to customers outside the United States generally takes anywhere from seven to
twenty-one days. Orders are shipped air mail.
The speed of customs clearance as well as both the U.S. Postal Service and your own
country's postal service will all affect the speed of your delivery. Please be patient!
If you pay by check, be sure it is in U.S.
funds. We will not accept foreign funds. All foreign checks WILL BE HELD
FOR 20 DAYS TO ALLOW THEM TO CLEAR OUR BANK. You can avoid this delay by
ordering with a credit card or paying with a money order.
Please note: these delivery times are dependent on (1) the product(s)
that you order being in stock and (2) the normal schedule and processing time for orders.
| Q. How much are the shipping charges? |
A. Shipping for all orders in the U.S. and
Canada is only $4.95, no matter how many items you order.
Computing shipping charges within the U.S. is simple. Unless you ask for Express Mail
delivery, all orders are sent by U.S. Priority Mail. Priority Mail normally takes three to
five business days for delivery, but is not guaranteed by the Postal Service.
Shipping costs for Priority Mail are as follows:
$4.95 (US) for your entire order
If you want Express Mail delivery, add $14.05 to the above charges ($19
total). For extra heavy orders, Express Mail may cost more than $19. We will
notify you if this is the case and let you decide if you wish to ship by
Priority instead.
International Shipping (Outside the US and Canada)

We enjoy serving
our international customers. We have shipped to many countries
and locations outside the U.S., and can ship anywhere in the world.
Shipping to customers outside the United States generally takes anywhere from

twenty-one days, but in some cases may take longer. PLEASE BE PATIENT!
Orders are shipped air mail.

country's postal service will all affect the speed of your delivery. PLEASE

You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed for customs or importing goods into
your country.
Please use the information below to determine the shipping rate for your order. Please
note that due to the wide range of shipping costs for the hundreds of countries around the
world, all shipping costs are estimated only. We may find it necessary to charge
more or less shipping depending on the destination and weight of your package.
Due to the complexity of shipping to hundreds of different countries,
and the widely varying shipping costs to different countries, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charges
for your order. However, we will notify you via email if the shipping
charges will be higher than what is shown on your shopping cart, and let you choose whether or
not to complete your order.

| Q. I want you to ship my order via Express Mail. How do
I change the shipping method that the online shopping cart uses? |
A. Choosing your shipping method is simple. Click on the icon below to
set your shipping method. Your shopping cart will be adjusted to reflect the
shipping method you have chosen.

| Q. Does someone have to sign for my package when it is
delivered? |
A. All orders totaling $100
or more normally require a signature.
| Q. What forms of payment do you accept? |
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus,
checks and money orders (drawn on US funds.) Please DO NOT send cash in
the mail, as this opens up the possibility of lost or stolen orders, and your
disappointment.
| Q. Can you ship an order to someone as a gift from me? |
A. Absolutely! When you click on the "Go to Checkout Now"
button in our shopping cart, you'll have the option to place a "Gift Order by Credit
Card online." Just click this option and you'll be able to specify your gift
recipient's address. You'll also be able to personalize your gift with a special message
to the recipient.
| Q. Are the prices for your products shown in U.S
dollars? How can I determine how much your prices are in my own country's currency? |
A. Yes, all prices are shown in U.S. Dollars. To get a close estimate
of the cost in your own country's currency just go to our currency
converter, enter the price of the product, and you'll be given a close estimate of the
equivalent cost in your country's currency. Please note, however, that all payments must
be made in U.S. Dollars. Credit cards are the simplest way to make payments, and will be
as close to the current exchange rate as possible.
